Trains run hourly during the day direct from
Blackburn and Manchester, with major connections
at Preston. Burnley Central station is a five minute
taxi journey from us.
From M62/M60
From M62 Westbound or M60 Eastbound take Junction 18 – M66 (Bolton/Bury/Burnley).
Follow M66 (North) and join A56 (North) and follow signs for M65 (Burnley).
At Junction with M65 take third exit for M65 East (Burnley).
At Junction 10 of the M65 take slip road to roundabout and take 4th exit over motorway (Cavalry Way).
Approach next roundabout in far right hand lane and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A679 (Accrington Road).
Follow A679 for approximately ½ mile over the small roundabout (Kwik Save on left).
At Moorhouses Brewery turn right onto Phoenix Way.
Turn right at next junction into industrial estate.
Unit 21 is second unit on right hand side.
From M6
From M6 take Junction 29 – M65 East (Blackburn/Burnley)
At Junction 10 of the M65 take slip road to roundabout and take 4th exit over motorway (Cavalry Way).
Approach next roundabout in far right hand lane and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A679 (Accrington Road).
Follow A679 for approximately ½ mile over the small roundabout (Kwik Save on left).

Turn right at next junction into industrial estate.
